SSSSHHHH! It’s a secret!
Casa Loma residents live in the most idyllic, picturesque setting in all of Canada. Approximately 800 residents of this lakeshore community have chosen to live in this quiet, upscale neighbourhood for its quality of life.
Casa Loma is located just minutes from the business, financial and retail communities of the City of West Kelowna and the City of Kelowna.

Casa Loma Community’s Mission Statement
"Create a sense of community among all neighbours in Casa Loma as a safe and caring community"
Purpose
CLCA is a community association working for the benefit of the Casa Loma residences in a variety of community affairs matters such as government services, taxation, safety, development and other important community initiative’s. Ongoing interaction with all levels of local, provincial, and federal governments where the members live and work is our objective.
CLCA needs community input from time to time, both in person and through online questionnaires and surveys. Your input is important, by becoming a member of CLCA your voice will help us be heard as a community.
These are just some of the projects we are currently working on
CLCA is leading the way with FireSmart. Other communities, not only in West Kelowna, but throughout BC, are watching to see how we are making this program work for us. We can become a blueprint for the others
CLCA has organized and is monitoring Block Watch in conjunction with the West Kelowna RCMP.
We watch the land development projects around Casa Loma monitor and discuss them in our meetings to determine how they will affect us. Our proposals, ideas and concerns are sent to the Mayor and City councilors so we can work together on the Official Community Plan ( OCP)
We thank the previous councils who worked hard for their many successes including the following projects:
Traffic Calming Project to curb speeding in our community. They were successful in getting a speed control indicator on Campbell Road.
Started the crusade on District of West Kelowna (DWK) regarding the Sol Aqua , formerly Blackmun Bay, development. All councils have been watching and monitoring their slow progress.
Brought forth objections to Benedick Road development and were able to reduce the size of the development.
Worked with DWK to repair and fill ditches in the Casa Loma area.
Worked with DWK on upgrading our local beaches
Remember we need your support for the projects and concerns you have about Casa Loma. We may not get everything we work for, but golly gosh darn we will try hard.
